We can offer a refund in the case of a medical issue preventing the customer from taking part in the event. Refunds will be accepted at least 10 weeks prior to the event. After this time no refund will be offered.

You will need to confirm your full name, date of birth/post code, the name of the event you have entered and also include proof of your medical issue. We can accept a copy of a medical note, copy of appointment letter, physio notes etc.


All refunds are subject to a £5.00 administration charge.
